G-cardio.net require all Members to behave in a highly professional and polite manner at all times. G-cardio.net provides an open and inclusive global network for training and education in cardiology and related specialties.The Website is a members' network with educational content and discussion facilities. G-cardio.net members can search for people, cases, events and institutions and communicate with other members using G-cardio.net E-mail and G-cardio.net Messaging. G-cardio.net members create a profile for display on the site that includes personal information and descriptions determined and edited by the member. G-cardio.net members can edit their profile, hide their profile, and unsubscribe from the service at any time. The services offered by G-cardio.net ("G-cardio.net" or "we") include the G-cardio.net website ("The Website"), the G-cardio.net Instant Messaging, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by G-cardio.net and E-PCI Ltd.

This Terms of Use Agreement ("The Agreement") sets out the legally binding terms for use of the Services provided by G-cardio.net and E-PCI Ltd. By using the Services, Users agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (in that you simply browse the Website) or you are a "Member" (in that you have registered as a member with G-cardio.net). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. Users are only authorized to use the Services (regardless of whether access or use is intended) if they agree to abide by all applicable laws in the country of access, and the laws of the United Kingdom, and to this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and save it for future reference. If you do not agree with all its contents, you should leave the Website and discontinue use of the Services immediately. If you wish to register as a Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance beforecompleting the Registration process. Please note that G-cardio.net membership, whether by subscription or provided free of charge by G-cardio.net, E-PCI Ltd, their agents or other parties is for the use of physicians, surgeons and other healthcare professionals directly involved in patient care, and for research investigators employed by hospitals, clinics, universities and charitable research organizations.

Individuals and organizations including but not restricted to the following groups may only register for membership with the prior written consent of G-cardio.net: cardiology industry companies, their employees and agents, including but not restricted to companies involved in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, devices, equipment and the provision of such industry services; print, broadcast and online journalists; employees of print, broadcast or online media providers or publishers. Any individual in such groups who registers as a Member without the prior written consent of G-cardio.net is liable to pay the Industry SponsorFee as varies from time to time, details of which are available from G-cardio.net.

This Agreement includes G-cardio.net's policy for acceptable use of the services and content posted on the Website, Users’ rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the Services and G-cardio.net's Privacy Policy as defined in the Privacy Statement. In order to participate in certain Services, Users may be notified that you are required to download software or content and/or agree to additional terms and conditions. Unless otherwise provided by the additional terms and conditions applicable to the services in which Users choose to participate, those additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.G-cardio.net may modify this Agreement at any time and any such modification shall be effective upon posting of the Agreement on the Website. Users agree to be bound by all changes to this Agreement when they use the Services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that Users review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are fully aware of any changes.Users must choose carefully the information posted on G-cardio.net and that is provided to other Users. G-cardio.net Individual Profiles may not include the following items: any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. G-cardio.net assumes no responsibility or liability for any material made available on the Website by any Member. If Users become aware of misuse of the Services by any person or organisation, they should contact G-cardio.net immediately or click the ‘help or customer service’ link at the bottom of any G-cardio.net page. Users agree that G-cardio.net may rely on a User’s Registration Data as accurate, current and complete. Users acknowledge that if your Registration Data is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement and your use of the service, and seek suitable recompense for any liability incurred by G-cardio.net, G-cardio.net Users or any third party.G-cardio.net reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including e-mail) by any User, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate a User’s access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. G-cardio.net reserves this right to exclude Users who misuse their access to the Services, including but not limited to those who abuse or threaten other Users or misuse the Services.

Use of and Membership in the Services is void where prohibited. By using the Services, Users represent and warrant that (a) all registration information submitted is truthful and accurate; (b) Users will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) Users are 16 years of age or older; and (d) Use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation in the User’s country of residence. Any profile may be deleted and Membership may be terminated without warning, if the User is under 16 years of age. In addition to individual members, institutions and societies may also become members of G-cardio.net and will enjoy the same benefits and facilities and in addition will be able to promote their services and facilities.
